About Me
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Management at the Trulaske College of Business, University of Missouri. I completed my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in May 2023 from the Daniels School of Business, Purdue University.
I research corporate social responsibility and ethics at the individual level through both an Organizational Behavior and Human Resource lens. In Organizational Behavior, I study the impact of corporate social responsibility and organizational justice on ethically-charged employee outcomes, such as moral disengagement and moral licensing. In terms of Human Resources, I study the ways organizations may brand themselves as ethical and socially responsible to both attract job seekers and generate positive employee behaviors. Across all of my research interests, I am passionate about understanding the ways in which ethical practices (e.g., organizational justice, corporate social responsibility) impact employee well-being.
